Open to Salesforce BA and travel-tech roles
I connect Salesforce, AI and travel distribution, and I'm proving it in public through Metric Design.

About
I'm a business analyst with nearly three years of experience turning business needs into development-ready requirements, most recently embedded in a Scrum team at Ohio Legislative Information Systems.
Now I'm building expertise where three fast-moving worlds meet: Salesforce, applied AI and the travel industry. My focus is global distribution systems (Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport) and the shift to IATA NDC, where agencies need better CRM and data to keep up.
I'm preparing for the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst exam in December 2026. Along the way I'm running a full practice engagement for a fictional travel management company, from discovery to user acceptance testing, and publishing what I learn.
Metric Design is the studio where that work becomes real projects for clients.
Projects
Practice engagements, demos and the venture they lead to. Anything fictional or demo-only is labeled as such.
A consulting studio for Salesforce, AI automation and travel-tech projects: requirements workshops, CRM health checks and practical AI agents.
A practice BA engagement for a fictional 60-person travel management company: discovery brief, stakeholder RACI, swimlanes, BRD, user stories and UAT scripts.
A demo agent that reads a traveler's request, searches flights through a sandbox API and logs the booking and traveler profile in Salesforce.
A hardened Next.js site with a strict CSP, server-only API routes and Zod-validated content, including the goal tracker below.
Progress
A public tracker for my certifications, learning, writing and network. I update it as milestones land.
Showing 7 of 7 goals
Work through all six exam sections, building one portfolio deliverable per section for a fictional travel client, then sit the exam.
Stand up the business properly: trade name, banking, domain and a site with a blog.
Three high-value contacts in GDS and travel distribution who would take my call, from at least ten conversations.
Learn how a booking moves from airline inventory through Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport to an agency, and how IATA NDC is changing that.
LLM, retrieval and agent fundamentals, applied inside Salesforce with Agentforce.
Learning in public on travel, Salesforce and AI, one post a month.
Three end-to-end case studies, at least two from real projects, including one on AI in travel distribution.
